Making a Purchase

To make a purchase simply print out and fill in our order form and return it, along with payment, to:

Payment

We accept cheques, cash and BACS. Your order will only be sent after cleared funds have been received in full. If you are paying cash on collection, we will require a deposit of at least £100 at the time your order is placed.

Delivery

Delivery normally takes under 24 hours from when the package(s) are in the hands of the courier.Although we do everything we can to get your order delivered on time, we do not guarantee delivery dates. We advise that you allow a couple of days between your orders expected delivery date and when you order your chickens.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. We will replace any damaged or faulty parts within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Design and Colour

Although we try our best to give the most accurate images of our products, computer screens can alter colours. Therefore the colour you see on your computer screen may not accurately portray the actual colour of our coops. We advise that you see the colours in person if you are not sure.

To ensure that all of our products function and look at their best, we continually develop our designs. This usually only involves small adjustments. We reserve the right to alter the design without prior notice in a way which enhances the product.
